Shore Ceilings and Partitions have been specialising in suspended ceilings and office partitions within Auckland and the North Island since 1980. Being one of Auckland's leading interior systems companies, we work closely with all the major suppliers of office partitions and suspended ceilings. We have been involved with many of the major construction projects within the North Island. OUR TEAM

The Office staff at Shore Ceilings & Partitions Ltd Operate out of an office situated in Albany Auckland

The team is made up of:

Joe Buhagiar (Company Director)

Joe is the founder of the company and has continued his role for over 40 Years. He is involved with the overall running of all aspects of our operation, from quoting new projects to the completion of Documents for council and guarantee forms.

Anthony Mitchell (Shareholder & Contract Manager)

Anthony has been with the company for 34 Years and started as a junior trainee. His experience is invaluable when solving issues that come up on a project. He is responsible for the new contracts starting as per programme, as well as all aspects of Contract management including Site safe and Health and safety on sites that we are involved in. Managing Site staff from site to site, managing site deliveries, and ensuring the safe and careful unloading and processing of all materials.

George Li (Shareholder & Head quantity Surveyor)

George has been with the company for over 12 Years and he Quotes New projects, arranges and meets new clients, assists in the design and recommendations to clients, coordinating between our suppliers, to ensure the best option is used to satisfy what the client is trying achieve with their project. He is ultimately responsible to ensure the company future work load is balanced in relation to the onsite staff we have working for the company.

Richard Eyre (Quantity Surveyor)

Richard has been with the company for approximately 7 years. He quotes new projects, meets clients and also co ordinates between client and supplier advising the client of the best products to use to satisfy their requirements. Richard assists George when required to ensure our future work load is stable for months ahead, this ensures our site staff can be confident of continuous work.

Julia Buhagiar (Office Manager)

Julia Is responsible for the overall running of the office systems, ensuring the day to day running of the office is as efficient as can be. Her responsibility involves cash flow, Debt collecting, ensuring the contracts are investigated should they go over Budget.

Alice Gao (Contracts Administrator )

Alice takes care of the data entry for projects and time sheets from all site staff. This info is loaded against contracts and management then can evaluate the profit or loss of every contract.
